The Vertiv™ Geist™ rack rPDU series features a new 2-in-1 combo outlet for flexible connectivity and easy cable management. The Geist™ rPDU is the latest addition to the Geist rPDU family, boasting an innovative universal input outlet that enables various configurations for customers with multiple deployments worldwide. The Geist™ rPDU can access all devices in the rack for remote monitoring and control through a single point—monitoring that can be upgraded as technology advances and business needs evolve. Geist™ rPDU models improve the performance and management of dynamic IT environments while simplifying the purchasing process and accelerating rapid deployments worldwide. Furthermore, the Vertiv Geist rPDU series is supported by the Vertiv™ Distribution Assurance maintenance package.
• High-efficiency single-phase UPS solutions, such as the Vertiv™ Liebert® GXT5 and the innovative Vertiv™ EDGE line-interactive UPS, which is expected to be available in the EMEA distribution channel market by the end of August. In addition, Lifecycle Power Assurance Services offer convenient and affordable power support for small IT installations. As Edge Computing deployments continue to grow in use and relevance to businesses, Vertiv’s five-year protection plan safeguards small IT installations and provides real-time visibility into critical systems, facilitating early detection of any issues.
Launched last October, the Vertiv™ Avocent® ACS 8000 Advanced Console Server features mobile capabilities, enabling seamless, integrated remote management of Vertiv and third-party equipment for more efficient and secure network operations, even in remote locations or where wired internet is unavailable. Last year, Vertiv was ranked by IHS Markit as the number one provider of remote IT management solutions worldwide, a $720 million market that continues to experience significant growth alongside edge computing and remote IT services.
