Nokia has announced the completion of its acquisition of Infinera Corporation. The San Jose-based company has become part of Nokia as of the closing date. The acquisition creates an optical networking powerhouse with the scale needed to accelerate product roadmaps, further expanding Nokia's ability to help network operators—whether service providers, web scalers, or enterprises—seize opportunities and meet the network and power demands of the AI ​​era.

Nokia announces that it has completed the sale of Alcatel Submarine Networks (ASN) to the French State, represented by the Agence des participations de l'Etat.
