Thanks to its pre-polished outer end and the precision of its internal three-point mechanical alignment system, the pre-polished connector facilitates optical assembly in work areas. It also eliminates the need for manual polishing of the fiber end.
The assembly involves inserting a pre-cut fiber into the connector body and then releasing the locking piece. SC, ST, and LC connector versions are available for both single-mode and multi-mode fibers, and in PC and APC polishes.
