View Pro helps both managers and technicians maximize the performance of their tools and improve work efficiency. Managers benefit from real-time asset (fleet) management capabilities, including the ability to remotely lock down equipment, and save time on communication by generating map-based jobs and being able to share and edit the maps themselves. They can also analyze user work and record data on completed assignments.
Technicians, for their part, can improve productivity and work efficiency. This is a result of the device management functions, including preventative maintenance, report generation and work history visualization on the map, data filtering, and data recording.
In addition, View Pro supports multiple users per device and device groupings, can export report information in Excel format for a specific time period, define clients (with job location and date), and mark and edit fiber lines/routes on the map, to name a few examples.
The new platform also greatly simplifies the necessary software update process.
The software can be downloaded free of charge from the INNO website or via a QR code for mobile devices.
