Mitel® has announced that Luiz Domingos has been appointed Chief Technology Officer (CTO) and Head of Enterprise R&D. Domingos joined Mitel following the recent acquisition of Unify.As CTO, Domingos will also assume executive responsibility for strengthening and expanding Mitel's flexible unified communications solutions to adapt to the changing needs of customers and the company's growth strategies.
Over the past two decades, Domingos has accumulated extensive experience developing innovative communications and collaboration solutions, leading global R&D teams, and marketing high-quality products. At Unify, Luiz Domingos was Director of Product and Technology, managing the full product portfolio and developing innovative cloud solutions.

Domingos holds a double degree in electronic and telecommunications engineering from the Federal University of Paraná (UFPr) in Curitiba, Brazil. He has completed executive studies at INSEAD in Paris, holds the PMP certification from the Project Management Institute, and has several patents registered with the United States Patent and Trademark Office.
