Silvia López Sánchez-Polaina joins from the multinational technology company Babel, where she was Senior Manager of Business Development Cybersecurity until December 2023. Previously, she worked as Head of the Mentoring Program at Women4Cyber ​​Spain (W4C Spain), the Spanish chapter of the European W4C Foundation, which promotes and empowers women in cybersecurity. Prior to that, she worked at Accenture as Cybersecurity Business Lead for Iberia and Deal Execution & Innovation Manager for three years, and at Abast as a Cybersecurity Specialist. After starting her career as a sales manager at the IT company Seres, López worked at ONO as an Account Manager in the Large Accounts Department, at GlobalSuite Solutions as Business Development Director for Iberia, and at Efrom as Sales Manager. López Sánchez-Polaina has also held positions of responsibility at itSMF Spain and Grupo Eulen.
