R&S PRISMON.cloud was designed to allow OTT providers to quickly and easily adapt their monitoring infrastructure, for example, when peak loads during the broadcast of large events require extended service. Thanks to the user-friendly setup wizard, it only takes a few minutes to add new virtual sensors in different locations and connect them to the dashboard at any time. A live multi-display function, automated A/V data analysis, and real-time error mapping make it possible to continuously measure QoS, store it in the cloud, and visualize it in a timeline format on a web interface.
In combination with the widely used on-premises R&S PRISMON monitoring solution, analytics data from both physical and virtual sensors can be displayed on a single dashboard. End-to-end analytics quickly and easily reveal errors, such as audio or video quality degradation or poor CDN performance as a cause of abandonment, using just one tool.
The software as a service model allows Rohde & Schwarz to continuously develop R&S PRISMON.cloud and keep users up-to-date with regular updates, even on mobile phones and tablets.
