Tektronix Communications, a provider of communications test systems and smart grid solutions, has completed its acquisition of Arbor Networks, a leading provider of network security and management solutions for the convergence of next-generation transport networks and data centers. The terms of the acquisition were not disclosed.
Upon completion of the acquisition, Arbor Networks will join Danaher's portfolio. The group forms one of the strongest and most comprehensive portfolios of products and solutions in the industry, enabling its fixed-line, mobile, and converged/IP customers to deploy, measure, monitor, and secure enterprise communications and networks.
