The NetEvents 2015 Cloud Innovations Awards were judged by an independent panel of highly respected judges, including IT professionals, industry gurus, the technology investment community including Silicon Valley venture capitalists, as well as leaders in the technology press and industry analysts from around the world.

The awards for Leading Cloud Company and Most Interesting Product or Service of 2015 were presented by Erin Dunne, Director of Research Services, Vertical Systems Group. Amazon Web Services won both awards for its EC2 Container Service. Runners-up were CENX's Cortx orchestration service; Google's Container Engine and Firebase API; and Wedge Networks' Cloud Network Defense. Finalists for Leading Cloud Company were Alibaba, AT&T, and Google.

Recent additions include AWS Marketplace for desktop applications, the EC2 Container service, and cloud machine learning.".
