The mydlink Wireless AC Color Night Vision Camera (DCS-2136L) is the first to incorporate "Color Night Vision" technology, enabling color night vision thanks to a white LED light. This allows for monitoring in low or no light, providing much greater detail for identifying burglaries or other incidents, and is far more reliable than traditional grayscale night vision.

Furthermore, the DCS-2136L comes with the new Wi-Fi 802.11ac wireless connectivity standard, offering greater bandwidth, coverage, and connection speed. Therefore, when integrated into a Wi-Fi AC network, it achieves a more optimized connection for streaming audio/video at higher frame rates. Additionally, it allows for the integration of many more cameras without overloading the wireless bandwidth. It is also backward compatible with previous Wi-Fi n/b/g standards, so it can be installed on any Wi-Fi network.
The DCS-2136L delivers high-resolution 720p HD and WDR (Wide Dynamic Range) for optimal viewing quality, even in challenging lighting conditions or backlighting. Its ePTZ and digital zoom functions allow for panning and zooming up to 10 times. A free 16GB micro SD card is included for recording video directly to the camera on a scheduled basis or upon detection of motion (integrated PIR sensor), sound (2-Way Audio), or alarm system activation, thanks to its DI/DO connector. Of course, it's also possible to schedule email alerts with attached images or videos of the event.
The second camera the company has introduced is the D-Link HD Wireless N Day/Night Outdoor Cloud Camera (DCS-2330L). This IP camera is specifically designed for easy outdoor monitoring. The unit is housed in a metal casing and is resistant to extreme temperatures, dust, and water (IP65 certified)

Both IP cameras support mydlink™, so the video surveillance system can be remotely monitored from any internet-connected device, either through the free mydlink lite app available for iOS, Android, and Windows Phone, or from a computer using any browser and accessing the portal eu.mydlink.com. Both the app and the portal allow for complete management of all camera functions, as well as playback of videos recorded on the microSD card. Furthermore, mydlink™ makes camera installation on the network infrastructure very simple.
For integration into a professional video surveillance system, both IP cameras are compatible with the ONVIF standard and include D-ViewCam™ software that allows simultaneous viewing and management of up to 32 cameras, so companies can also use these cameras for their IP video surveillance environment.
