Leveraging Toshiba Memory’s 96-layer BiCS FLASH™ 3D TLC (3 bits per cell) technology, the XG6-P SSDs deliver high-capacity storage while maintaining the promise of ultra-thin, high-speed storage with exceptional power efficiency. The XG6-P series features a PCIe® Gen 3x4 (rev. 3.1a) / NVMe™ (rev. 1.3a) interface and offers sequential read speeds of up to 3,180 MB/s and sequential write speeds of up to 2,920 MB/s, and random read and write speeds of up to 355,000 IOPS.
Furthermore, the XG6-P SSDs operate at less than 5 watts, providing an excellent power-to-performance ratio in a compact and dense form factor. The 2TB XG6-P SSD is available in a single-sided M.2 2280 form factor (22 x 80 mm) and offers security options, including TCG Pyrite Version 1.0 support for non-SED (self-encrypting) configurations and TCG Opal Version 2.01 support for SED.
