This technology was first incorporated into an antenna with the DAT HD BOSS and was later implemented in the Omninova BOSS, a compact unit designed for mobile devices such as boats and motorhomes. Now Televés is taking it a step further by equipping its long-range antenna with the BOSS Tech system.
Thus, the DAT HD 75 BOSS not only allows the reception of the DTT signal in locations with weak coverage, but also permanently and automatically guarantees the stability of the signal that reaches the television and, therefore, the highest quality in the reception of digital terrestrial television even in the most complex environments.
The antenna can operate in passive or automatic mode (with 12-24V power supply), offering a gain of 19 dB in the former and up to 32 dB in the latter. It also incorporates other cutting-edge technological solutions:
- Angled stacking of directors with an asymmetrical design, resulting in an unbeatable radiation pattern against echoes.
- Fully shielded antenna junction box to protect the BOSS Tech device from impulse noise.
