generatorRFDSG3000wThe DSG3000 series RF power supply is the new choice for customers in charge of wireless communication applications, radar testing, audio/video broadcasting, general use, education, consumer electronics, and more.

Its basic specifications already meet many application requirements.
• Amplitude accuracy: < 0.5 dB (typical)
• Output amplitude range: -130 dBm to +13 dBm (+25 dBm ALC off)
• High signal purity, low phase noise
• Standard internal clock: 0.5 ppm
• Standard analog AM/FM/ΦM
• Standard pulse modulation, on/off ratio up to 80 dB
• All modulations support internal and external modulation
• Standard 2U height design to save rack space; rack mounting kit available
• Standard USB/LAN/GPIB remote control interfaces; SCPI command set support
• Electronic attenuator-free design

The operating range can be extended with four available options.
The highly stable Oven Controlled Crystal Oscillator (OCXO-A08 option) improves the reference frequency temperature stability from 0.5 ppm to 5 ppb.

An additional option for improving accuracy is the Power Meter Controller (PMC-DSG3000 option). This option allows you to control USB power meters from various manufacturers (Agilent, R&S, etc.). It is used as an automatic flatness calibration function (for cables, amplifiers, attenuators, etc.) for test systems.

Functional enhancements include the IQ and Pulse options. (IQ-DSG3000; PUG-DSG3000)
With the Pulse option, the DSG3000 can function as a pulse train generator. The IQ option enables digital modulation generation. This option allows for the internal generation of IQ signals and their output as RF IQ signals or as baseband I and Q signals. External I and Q signals can also be input and RF modulated up to 6 GHz.
