The new InfiniiVision 1000 X Series oscilloscopes utilize the same user interface and measurement technology as the high-end InfiniiVision Keysight oscilloscopes. The intuitive front panel, now available in 15 languages, is easy to use and incorporates built-in help that allows users to quickly understand the oscilloscope's functions and options, improving overall testing efficiency. This includes setup tips for complex analysis options. Sixteen preloaded training signals are included, enabling agile use of the advanced measurement and analysis functions inherent in the InfiniiVision 1000 X Series oscilloscopes. These training signals can also be used in conjunction with the free Instructor Training Kit, which includes a comprehensive lab guide and a set of slides introducing basic oscilloscope concepts.

The new InfiniiVision 1000 X Series models allow bandwidth expansion via software licensing, enabling customers to purchase the bandwidth they need at any given time and upgrade as their needs grow in the future. InfiniiVision 1000 X Series oscilloscopes are available with 50, 70, 100, and 200 MHz of bandwidth and accelerate innovation with:
• Keysight's custom MegaZoom IV ASIC technology, featuring a refresh rate of up to 200,000 waveforms per second and a sampling rate of 2 GSa/s, enabling the visualization of rare and random anomalies and glitches that other similarly priced oscilloscopes typically miss.
• Integration of six instruments into one, including a frequency response analyzer (Bode plot), a 20 MHz function generator, a protocol analyzer, a digital voltmeter, and a frequency counter, saving significant bench space.
• Standard USB and LAN connectivity allows multiple engineers to work on the same instrument by connecting to the network via LAN and accessing a web browser for remote control. This enables students and colleagues to share equipment and work on projects from anywhere, saving time and money.
• Integration of professional-grade measurement and software analysis capabilities, including Fast Fourier Transform (FTT) for frequency domain analysis to uncover anomalies not detected in the time domain.
• Rapid analysis and determination of signal parameters by identifying distortion and interference problems caused by amplifier nonlinearity, as well as pass/fail mask tests at up to 200,000 tests per second.
• Standard serial data functionality provides activation and decoding for most low-speed serial protocols, including: Inter-IC (I2C); Serial Peripheral Interface (SPI); Universal Asynchronous Receiver/Transmitter (UART/RS232); Controller Area Network (CAN); and Local Interconnect Network (LIN). The Lister function makes it easier for users to view time-correlated data packets and highlights errors.
