All WaveSurfer 3000z instruments feature a 10.1” capacitive touchscreen, a comprehensive suite of analysis tools, multi-instrument capability, bandwidth upgrade options, and a wider range of probes. The family comprises five models ranging from 100MHz to 1GHz with a sampling rate of 4Gs/s.

The WaveSurfer 3000z series includes a fully featured 100MHz model with the same powerful MAUI user interface found in the higher-end models, including the new 1GHz version. The 100MHz version is designed to meet general-purpose debugging and validation requirements, while the 1GHz version caters to users seeking more sophisticated applications such as high-speed serial data communications and RF signal testing.lecroy-wavesurfer-3000-zw

the Wave family's
10.1" capacitive touchscreen is combined with Teledyne LeCroy's MAUI user interface to give users a better view of waveforms and make it easier to analyze signal anomalies.

The WaveSurfer 3000z family includes the Power Analysis software package, which performs detailed analysis of power lines, control loops, and system/device power performance.
Its high-speed display of 130,000 waveforms per second (wfms/s) facilitates the identification of anomalies during power analysis.
Along with the power package, the WaveSurfer 3000z features the Advanced Active Probe Interface, which supports the following power analysis probes: the HVFO103 high-voltage, fiber-optic-isolated probe, the RP4030 power-rail probe, the CP3xA high-precision current probe, and the HVD3000/3000A high-voltage differential probe.

With features like History Mode for playback of acquired signals, a wide range of trigger types, and WaveScan, the WaveSurfer 3000z enables fast and accurate detection of signal anomalies.
It also incorporates an extensive set of measurements and mathematical functions for in-depth signal analysis, including 24 parameter measurements. A dedicated screen area facilitates the visualization of mathematical traces, statistics, and histories that reveal details of the measured parameters.
The LabNotebook function saves and retrieves settings, signals, measurements, and reports with a single button.

Along with the powerful toolset of its predecessor, the WaveSurfer 3000z includes LXi web browsing for easy remote operation and configuration. In the event of a power outage, it features a "power on AC line" function that restores the device to its previous state by reconnecting the power supply. Audiobus has been added to the existing serial data triggering and decoding capabilities, enabling the analysis and debugging of digital audio buses in their I2S, LJ, RJ, and TDM variants.
