The DHO1000 series has a sampling rate of 2 GS/s and is available as a 2- or 4-channel solution with bandwidths of 70, 100, and 200 MHz. The maximum memory depth is 100 Mpts. The minimum vertical adjustment is 500 µV/DIV for the DHO1000 series, allowing for the measurement of even small signals.
The two new ASICs achieve a very low noise level of 50 µVrms for the DHO1000 series. As with other RIGOL oscilloscopes, the goal has been to combine a high sampling rate, deep memory, and very high measurement speed. Even the smallest amplitude deviations can be measured thanks to the 12-bit vertical resolution. A high-resolution mode of up to 16 bits can also be activated. This means that in addition to high horizontal and vertical resolutions, very deep memory enhances analytical capabilities.
Key applications include analysis for power switching performance measurement, automated factory testing, serial bus protocol analysis in vehicle electronics, electronic circuit measurements, and development applications, among many others.
With Ultra Acquire, RIGOL has integrated a new type of analysis that achieves a very high capture rate of 1.5 billion waveforms/s. This allows for the easy measurement and visualization of very fast, sporadic, or short-lived phenomena in different modes (e.g., persistence, mosaicking, or overlapping) to optimally highlight unwanted signal components. Ultra Acquire can also be linked to recording, analysis, and navigation functions to observe signal components for detailed analysis.
These devices feature a large (10.1”) HD color touchscreen with 1024x800 resolution, 256 levels of intensity, and a wide range of color tones for precise and clear signal display. They can also be connected to an external touch monitor via HDMI and USB for operation. Thanks to their powerful web-based control interface (including screenshots, video, SCPI panel, etc.) and FTP server connectivity, this series can be managed entirely remotely without the need for additional drivers. Therefore, it is ideal for educational applications and university use.
Several triggering, mathematical, and display functions are available (1 million-point FFT, mask test, and power analysis), as well as an integrated signal search function in addition to the usual serial bus protocol analysis and triggering functions. The integrated voltmeter and frequency counter round out the comprehensive measurement range. It also features various interfaces, including USB host, USB device, HDMI, LAN (10/100/1000 Base-T), and AUX OUT.
A wide range of accessories is also available, such as active and passive probes, high-voltage probes (differential/single-terminated), current clamps (up to 500 A), a 19" mounting chassis, and drivers for the most popular software packages.
The hardware incorporates photoelectric encoders for ease of use, with very low wear and therefore a very long lifespan.
As a special feature, Rigol offers numerous expansion options, such as increased bandwidth or memory expansion via software updates. The equipment includes serial triggering and decoding (SPI, I2C, RS232/UART, CAN, and LIN).
Rigol offers these fully equipped oscilloscopes with the best price/performance ratio. Rigol's renowned 3-year warranty completes the offer for all users.
