The Tektronix TBS2000 is a digital oscilloscope that captures and displays more signal, as it offers 10 vertical and 15 horizontal divisions (instead of 8 vertical and 10 horizontal).
The models in the new range are based on the successful TDS2000 series (one of the most widely used oscilloscopes on the market). Furthermore, they are very easy to use; the screen displays all measurements with graphical explanations.
The TBS2000 series features several models with bandwidths of 70 or 100 MHz, with two or four channels. They include a 9-inch WVGA display that allows you to view 50% more signal than any other similar oscilloscope. They also feature a 20-Mpoint recording length, which helps pinpoint every detail.
Other key features include support for the Tektronix VPI probe interface, available for the first time on a low-cost Tektronix oscilloscope, allowing users to utilize a wide range of Tektronix active probes at an affordable price. Additionally, the new configurable 'Help Everywhere' utility provides on-screen tips. Finally, Wi-Fi dongle support provides wireless connectivity, facilitating quick setup and easy remote control with the LXI interface.
