The WRE2206 wireless range extender is designed to solve connectivity problems. With just two simple setup steps, you can extend your wireless connection to those previously unreachable areas. Simply plug in the WRE2206 and press the WPS buttons on both the WRE2206 and your wireless router or access point. No cabling is required.
The WRE2206 features an LED indicator that displays the wireless signal strength, helping you find the best location to place the device. This eliminates the need for users to search their home for optimal placement. On the right side of the LED indicator, the WRE2206 also displays the number of connected devices, allowing users to easily monitor whether too many devices are connected and potentially impacting network speed. Regular, automatic firmware updates ensure continuous performance improvements without requiring any additional effort from users.
The WRE2206 also features an Ethernet port on the bottom, allowing users to connect the device to a network via cable or wirelessly. This port can also be used to connect wired devices to an existing wireless network, such as game consoles, smart TVs, or set-top boxes. Its compact design, focused on providing the best user experience, makes this device easy to install, manage, and configure in homes where wireless coverage has become essential.
