Even minor mechanical deviations at interfaces—caused by installation tolerances, dynamic vibrations, and thermal expansion—increase the system's hydraulic resistance and pumping energy consumption, as well as the risk of leaks and operational failures. Traditional rigid connection solutions have insufficient static tolerances to absorb these deviations.

The floating blind connector mechanism introduces a three-dimensional dynamically compensated connection interface, allowing it to absorb radial, axial, and angular displacements without compromising its seal or significantly increasing flow resistance. It incorporates self-centering functions, high pressure resistance, and thermal cycling capabilities, and is designed in accordance with open standards such as OCP ORV3 and ISO 11926-1.
This technology enables greater operational reliability, reduced energy consumption associated with pumping, a lower risk of leaks, easier maintenance without visual alignment, and better adaptation to high-density environments and future expansion of liquid cooling infrastructures.
