All liquid-cooled connectors utilize aerospace-grade sealing materials and feature a bidirectional shut-off valve and dry-run disconnect for advanced protection against accidental spills or drips. Both the connector housing and spring are made of stainless steel, preventing corrosion and extending component life.

The UQD series features an automatic steel ball locking mechanism, enabling quick connection and disconnection, as well as compatibility with other components according to OCP specifications. Ideal for connecting racks and manifolds, these connectors come in all four standard OCP sizes (UQD02/04/06/08) as a standard push-pull plug, with a locking plug option that includes a flat-designed button for improved operation and to prevent accidental activation.

Thanks to blind-matting technology with 1 mm radial offset, the UQDB series automatically connects and seals tightly upon installation, ensuring reliable and durable connections. Also available in the four sizes specified by OPC (UQDB02/04/06/08), these connectors simplify installation and improve system performance.

Multiple termination options for both series, including barbed and threaded, as well as right-angle and in-line configurations, enhance the connectors' versatility, making them suitable for a wide range of applications. The connectors offer low flow resistance and are compatible with common refrigerants such as deionized water, ethylene glycol, and propylene glycol. The working pressure is 0–0.6 MPa, and the safe pressure is 1–2 MPa.
