Up to 100 displays can be connected simultaneously using a single CAT-5 cable, creating a daisy chain. The displays can be placed side-by-side or separated by a distance of up to 100 meters. HDMI with IR and the RS-232 control signal are carried over the same CAT-5 cable. The Daisy Chain HD System allows you to daisy-chain up to 30 screens, from one splitter to the next, or receiver. It also allows for a tree-like distribution structure where splitters are used to create branches. The system supports a maximum of 10 branches or a total of 100 screens. The video source is sent to the transmitter and then via CAT 5 to the splitter, which divides (duplicates) the signal into two outputs: one connects to the screen via the receiver at a maximum distance of 100m, and the other connects to the next splitter. Each splitter offers an HDMI output for local connection.
This new Daisy Chain video system can be used with all High Definition displays and HDMI video sources, including audiovisual players, digital signage players, satellite or DTT receivers, and tablets. IR and RS-232 signals allow you to control the main screen features, including power on/off.
To ensure the flexibility of the Daisy Chain system, we have a patented streaming system.
