SNOGA is the industry's first open gateway device for IP telephony, seamlessly integrating into any environment. It's designed for developers who want to create a perfect, customized communications solution with Linux or Windows unified communications, or to meet the business phone needs of small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs).
The SNOGA hardware platform can host various network applications on devices, such as interactive voice response (IVR), call recording, call accounting, and more.
By using the SNOGA system combined with a Linux or Windows-based IP PBX platform or unified communications software, software engineers can build IP communications solutions for organizations such as law firms, banks, retailers, manufacturers, car dealerships, call centers, and others.
The SNOGA incorporates a miniLTX, an industry-standard motherboard, and an integrated 2 GHz quad-core Intel Celeron processor with either a Session Border Controller (E-SBC) or a SmartNode Gateway.
SmartNode has a strong reputation for interoperability, proven with FXS/FXO, PRI, and BRI equipment. Therefore, small and medium-sized businesses (SMBs) can use SmartNode to integrate their voice equipment and PSTN services with unified communications systems, IP-PBX, and SIP services. With standard Upstream QoS and Patton's own Downstream QoS, the SNOGA platform ensures high-quality voice communications.
Like all Patton products, SNOGA comes with free Gold technical support. Patton's Platinum Plus Premium 24/7 Support is also available.
Open platform for IPPBX with integrated gateway
Patton introduces the SmartNode™ Open Gateway (SNOGA) for developers of tailored communications solutions for small and medium-sized businesses, which have a volume of between 2 and 128 simultaneous voice or fax calls.
