For medium bandwidth requirements, a cost-effective 3G version of the devices is available. These devices feature two digital inputs and one output for connecting sensors and actuators. This allows for the sending of alarm emails or SMS messages, for example, via each input. An integrated logbook records all device-specific events. MIMO antennas provide improved reception. All routers are also backward compatible with the mobile radio standard.
