KDSClick has only three basic components: frames, inner pieces, and sealing elements. It operates on a simple modular design principle. Unlike conventional systems that require opening the frame and then screwing it back together to insert the sealing sleeves, CONTA-CLIP has equipped KDSClick with a robust, one-piece plastic frame available in four sizes for sealing elements with 4, 6, 8, or 10 spaces. The one-piece plastic frame allows for quick and easy installation, and the foam-coated gasket ensures IP66 protection even on painted or rough surfaces. Creating frames of the desired size is simple thanks to four easy-to-use dividers, with T-shaped, cross-shaped, or double-cross inner pieces that click into place with a distinctive audible click. This makes the cable management system easy to assemble for various cables, conduits, hoses, and pneumatic or hydraulic lines, while also reducing storage costs due to the minimal number of parts.

To accommodate different diameters and numbers of cables, CONTA-CLIP offers over 80 conical sealing elements that can be easily pressed into the pre-installed inner fittings from the inside. These sealing elements can also be easily removed, for example, when new or additional cables need to be added, ensuring convenient cable changes, even for a single cable, without having to disassemble the frame. Single, double, or quadruple sealing elements, as well as sealing plugs, provide maximum flexibility in cable management. The sealing elements have a wavy cut that ensures an easy-to-assemble wrap that fits snugly around the cable. CONTA-CLIP also offers a round version of the KDSClick with multi-piece frames designed for metric threads from M20 to M63, where up to four cable sealing elements can be mounted, depending on the fitting size.
