Combining the performance of factory termination with the reduced outer diameter of Siemon's RazorCore fiber, these new solutions ensure both superior reliability and optimal space utilization in data centers, storage areas, and local area networks (LANs), while offering installation times that are 75% faster than conventional field terminations. Compatible with all Siemon fiber distribution frames, the new XGLO RazorCore solution features an additional encapsulated protective sleeve with a pull handle to fully protect the fibers during installation.

XGLO RazorCore fiber is supplied with 900μm simplex and 2.0mm duplex connections, with SC or LC connectors, as well as SC-LC hybrid options. They comply with RoHS regulations and are available with a wide variety of coatings, including riser, plenum, and halogen-free. Available with 12, 24, 36, or 48 fibers, custom solutions can be easily created using Siemon's flexible reference scheme to meet specific customer specifications and performance requirements. Each XGLO RazorCore cable is designated for correct connector orientation, coded with a unique identification number, and individually packaged on a two-zone reel to protect connectivity during shipping.
