Following the signing of this agreement, Indra and Katim will collaborate on the certification of mobile telephony solutions at the national and NATO Confidential levels.
To this end, they will adapt their respective solutions to the specific needs of each client. Both companies will be involved in controlling the entire supply chain to offer complete reliability to the end user.
Indra offers, among other systems, COMSec, a secure communications solution that provides encrypted voice, instant messaging, and video services over mobile phones via any cellular, wireless, or satellite network worldwide, adapted for use by government agencies, the military, and other organizations and companies. Katim, for its part, offers, among other products, an ultra-secure mobile terminal that employs a multi-layered encryption model providing top-tier protection and security features. Built using a Security-by-Design approach, Katim phones prioritize security from the outset, exceeding industry best practices.
This collaboration will allow both companies to offer their systems to various countries, agencies, and institutions, including NATO countries and, in particular, the Spanish Ministry of Defense.
