Ferran Raurich faces the challenge of defining, unifying, and streamlining the group's Human Resources policy across all of the company's production centers in more than one hundred countries, identifying and fostering synergies. The appointment is part of Schneider Electric's new global strategic plan, which is based on a strong commitment to human capital, diversity, and talent.
Ferran Raurich joined the company in 2006 as Human Resources Director for Spain and Portugal. Raurich, who recently turned 42, holds a degree in Business Administration from the University of Barcelona, ​​a Master's degree in Human Resources from EADA, and has completed the Senior Executive Program at Esade.
Manuel Ángel Sánchez (1970), currently Human Resources Director for the company's Northern Regional Division, succeeds Ferran Raurich and will be responsible for Human Resources for Schneider Electric in the Iberian Peninsula. The new manager, who previously served as Human Resources Project Manager at Hay Group, joined Schneider Electric in 2007 as Human Resources Development Director for the Iberian Region. He will be a member of the Schneider Electric Spain Executive Committee, reporting directly to Enrique Valer, Managing Director of Schneider Electric for the Iberian Region.
