The new Country Manager for Eaton in Spain reports to Philippe Daga, Vice President of Sales – West Europe, for Eaton’s Electrical division in EMEA.
Javier Goitia brings to Eaton extensive experience in sales management, partner channel development, high-performance management, and business transformation processes. Prior to joining Eaton, Goitia spent over 20 years at two other companies in the sector, holding national and EMEA responsibilities. He also holds a degree in Business Administration and Management from the École Supérieure de Commerce de Bordeaux (France) and speaks four languages: Catalan, Spanish, French, and English.
