Previously, Paredes was Director of Business Development for Integrated Architectures and worked as Head of Engineering for Southern Europe (Italy, France, Spain and Portugal) for 4 years (from 2002 to 2004).
Other positions he has held at Rockwell Automation include Technical Director and Product Manager (machine vision, EOI, PLCs, Software).
He began his career with the company in 1989, when he joined Allen Bradley (acquired by Rockwell Automation in 1985) as a service engineer, and has over 20 years of experience in the industrial engineering and IT sector.
José Paredes is an Industrial Technical Engineer in Electricity, specializing in Electronics, and has a Postgraduate Degree in General Management from the UOC (UPC).
