Paulo has extensive experience in the network infrastructure market, with several years of experience working for companies in the sector.

He began his career at a Portuguese distribution company (SOMIL, now Rexel Portugal) in a vocational training program, working for nine years in various departments, covering diverse roles such as purchasing, sales, warehousing, and installations. He was responsible for launching the Rexel Group's structured cabling systems business unit in Portugal (Conectis).

The launch of Panduit in Portugal in 1997 was his next challenge. Starting as an Account Manager in Portugal, he moved to head of the Iberian networking division and subsequently to be responsible for developing the Iberian market across the company's two divisions (Electrical and Networks). In his final phase with the company, he also had the responsibility of developing the African market.

According to Paulo Campos, "After 13 years at Panduit, joining R&M represents a professional and personal challenge, supported by the Swiss company's objective of achieving a significant presence in the Portuguese and Spanish markets, as well as leveraging synergies between these two countries and the emerging economies of South America."

Paulo Campos holds a degree in Management and Marketing from the Portuguese Institute of Marketing Administration in Lisbon.
