The aim of the initiative is to encourage the exchange of ideas and experiences among women in the FTTH industry, and ultimately, to attract younger women to take positions in this field.
As a first step, a "Women in Fibre" luncheon is being organized at the conference taking place in Warsaw in 2015.

Any woman in the industry who wishes to participate in this important initiative is encouraged to do so.
