ESP solutions target a customer base that continues to use Keysight, Agilent, and HP test equipment even after those instruments are no longer manufactured. Keysight offers several standard solutions, such as multi-year repair agreements, and will collaborate with the customer to create a customized solution that allows for long-term program continuity until the customer's organization is ready to transition to new technology.

Warranty Insurance Plans far exceed the standard three-year warranty in which the company is an industry leader, offering coverage for five, seven, or ten years. Available with the original purchase of an instrument, these plans are the most cost-effective and practical way to guarantee equipment performance while minimizing disruption to customers' operations. The plans also reduce red tape and ensure priority service.

The two new offerings are part of Keysight's Instrument Lifecycle Solutions (ILS), which address the ongoing service requirements that arise throughout a customer's product lifecycle. In addition to Warranty Insurance Plans and ESP offerings, ILS includes Standard Service Period Solutions that ensure continued instrument performance after the warranty expires. These solutions provide Keysight-quality calibration and repair services that optimize customer budgets and test system uptime.
