As the first provider in the "cascade" mechanism, Atos will have priority in providing essential cybersecurity services to European Union institutions, agencies, and bodies. The "CLOUD II DPS II MC17" contract is for the acquisition of professional services related to information systems and cloud computing, with a special focus on operational support, consulting, and cybersecurity capacity building. This initiative is managed by the European Commission's Directorate-General for Digital Services (DG DIGIT).

The framework agreement, with a duration of up to 48 months, specifically covers technical operations services, including:
Incident response and digital forensics;
threat intelligence and monitoring;
malware analysis;
offensive security (vulnerability management, penetration testing, attack teams – Red Team).
Atos will act as the main contractor in collaboration with Leonardo, a consortium partner. This alliance will combine Atos's recognized leadership in cybersecurity with Leonardo's complementary expertise, ensuring the highest standards of resilience and operational excellence.
