Time-lapse cameras are designed to automatically capture images at regular intervals, repeating this process for several months. This generates a sequence of images that, when played back quickly, allows us to view and analyze the evolution of a project. While primarily used in construction, this isn't the only application. They can also be used to monitor plant growth, industrial processes, and any development requiring extensive observation time.
The BCC100 time-lapse system was specifically designed for the construction market, allowing you to view months of evolution in just a few minutes.
The camera is very easy to install and comes with all the necessary accessories for outdoor installation: a weatherproof housing and various mounting brackets to suit any situation. It also includes a small 1.44” monitor for better adjustment of the viewing angle and for previewing recorded material.
Its wide-angle lens provides a 140º viewing angle and corrects lateral distortion thanks to the use of aspherical lenses.
The device is battery-powered, with a lifespan of approximately 2 to 4 months (depending on the configuration) or up to 270,000 images.
The camera has a 720p HD resolution, providing high-quality images that are recorded on its internal SD card, which can have a capacity of up to 32 GB.
The number of images is fully configurable, from one image per second to one image every 24 hours.
The recording format is directly AVI, so no specific conversion or viewing software is required.
It has compact dimensions of 64 x 64 x 106 mm and weighs only 120 grams.
