The new D5502i antenna is a broadband, directional, single-sector MIMO antenna designed for use in stadiums, campuses, or similar venues with high-capacity wireless connectivity needs achieved through distributed antenna systems. Galtronics engineers designed this antenna with a precise and consistent footprint, low interference, and very small physical dimensions. The radome is specifically designed to avoid obstructions in environments such as large open spaces.

The D5502i completes Galtronics' portfolio of advanced antennas for large spaces, which also includes its EXTENT™ 30/60 degree, 30/30 degree, and 60/60 degree antennas, providing a wide range of options for flexible design that meets the networking needs of high-capacity spaces. This allows RF engineers to design optimized DAS installations with high sectorization to support modern wireless networks.
