Thanks to the ability to customize both the switch and its actuator, the 3SE63 meets the safety regulations for tamper-proof protective devices. The switch is maintenance-free and features integrated detection of wire breaks, stray voltages, and crossed wires; it incorporates two short-circuit-resistant 24V DC safety outputs. Certain diagnostic functions, such as the detection limit indicator, can be signaled by the integrated LEDs or output for processing via the diagnostic output. The new electronic safety switch has a wider operating range than conventional mechanical switches, a significant advantage when tolerances are tight on enclosures, doors, and protective hatches. This also speeds up and simplifies its installation and adjustment.
