Additional enhancements include radio frequency CXA phase noise reduction, which delivers up to a 10 dB performance increase and improves the accuracy of test results. For microwave frequencies, the CXA supports new mobile telecommunications, wireless connectivity, and digital video measurement applications. Furthermore, the analyzer's operating temperature range has been extended to ensure performance between 0°C and 55°C.
“The CXA was launched as a high-quality, low-cost solution,” says Brian LeMay, General Manager of Agilent Chengdu’s Instrumentation Division. “The latest enhancements expand its capabilities and add value, allowing us to offer an affordable signal analyzer with more features typically associated with higher-priced products.”.
Improvements to the CXA radiofrequency analyzer:
or -110 dBc/Hz with an offset of 10 kHz, center frequency of 1 GHz to achieve a phase noise performance improvement of up to 10 dB and thus obtain more accurate test results.
or a 64-bit CPU and 4 GB of RAM to maximize the advantages offered by the Windows 7 operating system.
