The SPECTRAN® V6 MIL is not only a powerful real-time and scanning spectrum analyzer with a real-time bandwidth of 245 MHz (I/Q), sweeping 6 GHz in less than 5 ms (1 THz/s), including the IQ logger. It is also a well-equipped portable device that can be used as a regular Windows computer if needed. For this purpose, it is equipped with an Intel® Xeon® E-2176 processor, 64 GB of RAM, a dedicated NVIDIA GTX 1050 graphics card with 4 GB of GDDR5 memory, as well as a 1 TB SSD system hard drive and 2 TB or 8 TB SSD recording storage. Therefore, a separate computer is not required for any additional tasks.
Spectrum Monitoring:
The SPECTRAN® V6 MIL has been specially developed for broadband spectrum analysis. This portable outdoor spectrum analyzer comes with RTSA-Suite PRO software pre-installed. This is one of the most powerful and multifunctional spectrum analysis software solutions on the market. In combination with this software, it is possible to monitor a wide range of frequencies in real time or sweep the entire 10 MHz to 6 GHz band (optionally 8 GHz) in a very short time using the super-fast sweep function. This allows for the reliable detection and location of even the shortest signals with a suitable directional antenna. At the same time, RTSA-Suite PRO allows for the visualization and analysis of signals in real time in a variety of ways. The software is constantly updated and expanded with new functions. This enables the precise location and disabling of jamming or eavesdropping devices.
Counter-surveillance:
The extremely low POI of the SPECTRAN® V6 MIL is ideal for detecting hidden microphones, external devices, or other surveillance equipment. This allows security organizations to quickly and reliably locate and eliminate them. An additional alarm function can be configured to alert as soon as any suspicious signals appear, for example, in the 2G, 3G, 4G, 5G, WLAN 2.4, or WLAN 5 frequency ranges. Recording can continue even when the display is off. This allows for discreet surveillance, and an audible signal can be emitted via the audio output (or speaker) if one of the automatic triggers is activated. Furthermore, there is an audio demodulation option for monitoring radio communications. Thanks to the optional hard drive expansion, all raw I/Q data can be stored long-term at any time.
