The M23 swivel and angled motor connector features a Quickflex quick-locking system for easy connection to the coupling piece. Locking occurs with just one-eighth of a turn and it is compatible with standard connectors on the market. The EPIC® M23P A3 Quickflex incorporates LAPP's new Clean Design and achieves IP68 protection when connected, making it easy to clean. The swivel motor outlet allows for a precise, adjustable outlet angle, providing maximum connection flexibility.
Another special feature: the M23 motor connector's design allows for voltages up to 1000 volts or use at altitudes up to 5000 meters. Its die-cast zinc metal housing provides exceptional stability. The reinforced wall thickness makes it more mechanically robust and resistant to shocks and vibrations, even under constant load changes. This makes the product particularly reliable for users. Its shorter housing is especially advantageous for robotic applications where every millimeter counts, while the mounting space remains the same. The connector can also be used with the EPIC® M23P series color-coded marking rings. This LAPP connector color coding can be used to identify different axes or as a color-coded IC element for motor manufacturers.
