Nexans offers pre-terminated assemblies in two different cable constructions: a single multi-pair design and bundled single-pair assemblies.

multi-pair
assemblies are built using a single Cat 6A multi-pair cable design that is significantly smaller than equivalent single-pair bundles while providing the same Cat 6A performance over lengths from 5m to 90m. Volume savings of up to 20% and installation costs of up to 45% can be achieved, as only one cable needs to be installed and dressed instead of the more common six.

Bundled
assemblies are also available in bundles of 3, 4, 6, 8, or 12 individual Cat6, 6A, 7, or 7A cables. Unlike most other bundled solutions that simply group and tie together, Nexans' solution uses helically arranged textile sleeves to improve flexibility and enable easier installation. This also ensures that performance is maintained and connectors remain aligned.

system is also available, offering a variety of angled or straight panels, including a high-density panel that provides 96 ports in a 3U form factor.
