The Excel 24-port 0.5U Keystone module patch panel offers high density and the advantages of a single row of Keystone modules. With a single row, installation is simple and allows for individual module removal if needed. Because the panel is only 0.5U high, 48 Keystone modules can be installed in 1U of space by using two panels side-by-side. This ensures proper alignment of all modules. Most 48-port 1U panels require the bottom row of modules to be mounted upside down.
The panel includes a cable management bar and a grounding kit.
The Excel 24-port 1U V-shaped patch panel for Keystone modules allows for the angled display of Keystone modules within the patch panel. The patch panel design accepts all shielded and unshielded Category 5e, 6, and 6A Excel Keystone modules. The panel includes a rear cable organizer for neat and secure cable routing. The V-shape of the panel presents the modules at an angle to the front of the enclosure, reducing strain on the modules caused by patch cords. The patch cord is routed to the cable organizer in the enclosure/panel, eliminating the need for cable management bars. Grounding wires are supplied pre-assembled for easy grounding if required.
