The new ITMAX rack offers a significant advantage in terms of optimizing the number of parts required for assembly. While the current rack consists of 29 pieces, the new ITMAX contains only 8. Among other benefits, this new design reduces assembly time and simplifies installation, improves visibility, enhances maintenance, and improves robustness and modularity.
In addition, the new ITMAX rack line brings some differentiating features such as the identification of rack units (U) on the front and back, 1/2U perforation that allows the fixing of equipment that uses that standard, the front of the 2 and 4 leg rack already provided with threaded perforations in the multiple 1U positions, teeth on the vertical and horizontal guides specifically designed to minimize the effects of cable bending and teeth of the vertical guides aligned with the 1U positions of the racks.
The ITMAX rack, designed for use in Data Centers, has vertical guides designed to facilitate the passage of Velcro® type tapes to secure cables and 2 and 4U horizontal cable guides with top and bottom opening lids.
The new 72-port Downloadable Patch Panel accommodates 72 ports in a 2U form factor, allowing for significantly higher density and a lower cost per port. Furthermore, the product enables easy identification of the services available on each port through the use of color-coded icons.
Finally, within the FISACESSO family, Furukawa is launching a DIN rail mounting base that allows the installation of a DIO (Digital Instrument Panel) on a standard DIN rail panel. Installation of the DIO on the base requires no special tools and features a locking system for easy removal once installed on a DIN rail panel. It is compatible with Furukawa's BW12 and A146 wall-mounted DIOs and offers a flexible and easy-to-use mounting system, adaptable to each DIO's specific mounting system. The product is manufactured from bichromated steel and includes all necessary hardware for DIN rail mounting and DIO installation.
