Cable glands for ATEX areas of explosive environments in zones 1, 2, 21 and 22
KOLBI ELECTRÓNICA presents the ICOTEK ATEX cable gland range. ICOTEK cable glands, available in both versions for cables with and without connectors, are widely used in machinery and equipment manufacturing, as well as in industrial installations.
All these advantages now extend to installations located in potentially explosive atmospheres. For gas (G) and dust (D) areas within Class II and Category 2+3, KOLBI offers a wide range of ICOTEK cable glands for cables with connectors, membrane cable glands for cables without connectors, as well as cable gland cones (an attractive alternative to cable glands thanks to their exceptional flexibility).
ICOTEK cable glands comply with standard 2014/34/EU/ (ATEX) for protective equipment and systems within explosive atmospheres in zones 1, 2, 21 and 22.

What makes an iPDU smart?
Although “smart PDUs” (iPDUs) are becoming more common in today's data centers, many installers and network administrators still choose and use basic or “dumb” PDUs instead of “smart” devices due to the misconception that iPDUs are more expensive.
