Infinera has announced the availability of the Infinera EMXP-XH800, an X-haul-optimized optical packet switch designed for time-sensitive networking (TSN). Part of the XTM series, the EMXP-XH800 is Metro Ethernet Forum (MEF) compliant, offering ultra-low-power, low-latency, high-density optical packet solutions designed to help network operators deploy complex 5G and deep fiber applications.
