Vertiv announced today that subsidiaries of the company have reached a definitive agreement to acquire all shares of CoolTera Ltd. (CoolTera), a provider of coolant distribution infrastructure for liquid cooling technology in data centers, as well as certain assets, including contracts, patents, trademarks and intellectual property, of a CoolTera affiliate.

Nokia and BT Group today announced an agreement to develop new 5G network monetization opportunities through Nokia's Network as Code platform with BT Group's developer portal and cloud-native network.

Sateliot and t42 have signed a collaboration agreement to promote the connected container. t42 will deploy thousands of 5G-IoT sensors in the containers of its more than 50 logistics and support partners across the over 50 countries where it operates. These sensors will connect to Sateliot's satellites, eliminating the problem of lack of coverage at sea. This ensures secure monitoring of the cargo at all times, as these sensors track location, acceleration, temperature, humidity, impacts, tilt, lighting conditions, and damage to the container, among other parameters, providing intelligent detection of any of these variables anytime, anywhere.

ZTE announces an agreement with internet and mobile operator Avanza Fibra for the deployment of fiber optic cable in areas of southwestern Spain. Specifically, the network will be expanded in municipalities in Almería, Murcia, Alicante, Valencia, and Albacete, and new networks will be opened in Cuenca and Granada.

Avanza Fibra will use the ZTE ZXA10 C600 OLT, also known by the commercial name TITAN, in its central offices. The OLT is the device that the operator installs on the exterior of buildings, either on facades or in junction boxes, and is responsible for sending the main signal to many customers in that area.

Sateliot and Comfone have reached an agreement that will allow more than 480 mobile virtual network operators (MVNOs) worldwide to connect to Sateliot's 5G IoT-NB nanosatellite constellation via a standard roaming agreement, paving the way for the mass adoption of IoT anywhere on the planet. Under this agreement, IoT device users will be able to send and receive 5G data anywhere in the world, regardless of the SIM card they are using, directly from Sateliot's cell towers and non-terrestrial network (NTN).

Indra and Grupo Oesía have each acquired a 30% stake in Epicom, Duro Felguera's defense company specializing in cryptographic solutions. SEPI, which holds a 40% stake, has granted its option to purchase 30% of the shares to each company.
