Tien has a proven track record with over 20 years of experience in ICT and networking in China and Southeast Asia. His experience spans channel management, strategic account management, and business development. He began his career at Cisco, where he was part of the team in China for 11 years. Prior to joining Zyxel, Tien was Director of Sales for HPE Aruba China, which he joined in 2013. Working from Beijing, he oversaw strategic accounts, the commercial/SMB business, and channel management, as well as leading sales and channel transformation, focusing on solutions selling, managed services, and ecosystem development.
Ad van de Noort assumes the role of CSO EMEA at LAPP Group
On January 1, 2026, Ad van de Noort officially assumed the role of CSO EMEA at LAPP Group. Since June 2025, he had been leading sales for the EMEA (Europe, Middle East, and Africa) region on an interim basis.
