Following Yago Méndez's appointment as CEO of the Group, Daniel Rodríguez has joined the company as the new CEO for the Amper America Group. Reporting to him are the Regional Directors for Latin America and Brazil, Osmundo Lúquez and Joao Lara, both with proven experience in the sector. To further strengthen the regional organization, Esther Garcés has assumed the role of Regional Director for Spain, reporting directly to Yago Méndez.

Two divisions with distinct business lines have been separated from the regional structure. The Defense Division and the Security Division have been assigned to Miguel Sancho and Fernando Rodríguez, respectively, with the latter based in Miami to strengthen the division's presence in Latin America.

At the corporate level, efforts have been made to streamline the structure. While retaining the Corporate HR Director, Jorge Muñoz, three new executives with multifunctional profiles and a results-oriented approach have recently been appointed.

María Marco Gimeno becomes the Group's new CFO, strengthening the finance function in Latin America with the transfer of the previous CFO to this region.

Javier Martínez Rellán, Director of Shared Resources, will be in charge of information technology, processes, and general services.
Finally, Sol Fernández-Rañada López-Dóriga assumes responsibilities for Communications, Investor Relations, and Legal, as well as serving as Deputy Secretary of the Board of Directors of the parent company and other subsidiaries.
