FENIE Energía aims to generate new business opportunities to complement and strengthen the position of installation companies integrated into the associations that are part of FENIE, improving their position as a group in an increasingly competitive sector, with the primary objectives of strengthening and protecting the future of installation companies; building customer loyalty with personalized advice; and obtaining new sources of income.
The new company will operate independently of the Federation's daily work, but will be managed and controlled in a manner similar to the Federation's governing bodies, thus guaranteeing the interests of the group and preventing minority control through the acquisition of shares. The Federation's Board of Directors, comprised of 53 provincial associations representing more than 16,000 installation companies, will hold all positions on FENIE Energía's governing bodies.
Associated companies may participate in the operation of the company by becoming sales agents or Customer Service Points, which implies being able to offer supply contracts to their customers and become FENIE Energía's link with them.
