The term, which comes from English, means fading and refers to channel reception problems that degrade the quality of the digital terrestrial television (DTT) signal. This degradation makes it impossible to watch the channels.

Televés has developed the latest generation of the Ellipse antenna, featuring BOSS Tech technology that includes the T-Force electronic circuit and a high-rejection SAW filter for interference rejection. This highly directional antenna is designed to automatically filter and adjust the signal, resolving many of the problems caused by signal fading.

The performance of the Ellipse antenna is supported by numerous studies conducted both before and after its development. In these measurements, the antenna has demonstrated its high capacity to minimize the impact of echoes and absorb large signal fluctuations caused by fading, thus significantly improving signal quality.

The Ellipse antenna delivers good results even in passive mode, outperforming other antennas on the market. But the antenna's true intelligence is unleashed when powered by 12 or 24 volts. That's when BOSS Tech really shines, boosting signal strength by more than 10dB without affecting MER-BER signal quality.
