The collaboration agreement between Telefónica and Jasper Wireless will strengthen and accelerate the market launch of a whole new generation of connected consumer devices, such as personal navigation devices (PNDs), e-readers, digital photo frames, cameras, and gaming consoles. Furthermore, it will introduce advanced control and management functions and the automation of enterprise applications in sectors such as automotive, tracking, security, telemedicine, and smart grids.
